Nothing matches those filters.
Engagement is read from X and refreshed daily for the last fortnight; older posts keep the figure and the date it was read. The multiple is views divided by the account's following at the time of reading, shown only where an account has over 500 followers, because below that it flatters the arithmetic rather than the launch.
Launching in this vertical
The assumption about healthtech is that it cannot travel. The product is regulated, the claims are constrained, the buyer is a clinician or a compliance officer, and none of that sounds like a feed.
The set above is too small to settle that either way, and it is worth saying so plainly. It splits into a handful of launches that reached a million people or close to it, and a longer tail that reached tens of thousands, with very little between.
A median drawn from a set shaped like that moves a long way when one launch is added, so the figure in the strip at the top of this page is best read as where this vertical sits today rather than what it can do.
What the top of the set shows is that the ceiling is as high as anywhere else in the directory.
What actually constrains a healthtech launch is what you can claim, and that matters less than founders fear, because the posts that travel in this vertical are rarely claims. They are demonstrations of a problem everyone in the category already recognises.
What we ran
Heidi announced its round from a co-founder's account rather than the company one, and the post led with the capacity problem in healthcare rather than the product.
That is the shape that works here: the reader is a clinician who knows the problem intimately, and a post that names it accurately earns the right to mention the product underneath. Reach came from other clinicians repeating it, which is the only distribution a regulated product can safely have.
Launching before approval
The question we get most from this vertical is whether you can build momentum ahead of a sign-off without over-claiming, and the answer is yes, if you separate the argument from the claim. The argument is that the current way of doing something is broken, and that is publishable at any stage.
The claim is that your product fixes it, and that waits for the approval. A launch built on the argument gathers the audience, the waitlist and the clinicians who will vouch, and the claim lands into a room that is already listening. A launch built on the claim before it is cleared is a compliance problem dressed as marketing.
Two rules we hold to. Every post is approved by the client before it ships, which matters more here than in any other vertical.
And nothing implies an outcome the product has not been cleared to state. The posts that broke both rules are the ones you never see in this directory, because they were taken down.
What to read the numbers against
Reposts per million is the number to watch in this vertical, more than reach. A clinician who reposts a healthtech launch is putting professional credibility behind it, and that is worth more than the same repost from a general account.
The directory holds the figure for every launch above, and the vertical's rate is in the strip at the top of this page.
