Privacy policy

We collect very little, and this page says exactly what. If you have only read one thing: booking a call or emailing us gives us your contact details, and we use them to reply to you.

1. Who we are

Doomers Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the controller of personal data collected through doomers.ai. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

2. What we collect

There is no account system on this site and no sign-up form. Data reaches us in three ways.

You email usYour email address and whatever the message contains.
You visit a pageStandard server and CDN logs held by our hosting provider: IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp.

We run Google's advertising conversion tag and LinkedIn's Insight Tag, both described in section 7. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond what those tags involve.

3. Why, and on what basis

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that involves a transfer out of the UK or EEA, it is made under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We disclose personal data otherwise only where we are legally required to, or to professional advisers under a duty of confidence.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

California residents: you have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still exercise the other rights.

To exercise any of these, email legal@doomers.ai. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the UK or EEA and think we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and tracking

Page-view analytics run through Vercel, which sets no cookies. It records the page visited, the referring page, and coarse device and country information, and it builds no profile of you and does not follow you to other sites.

We advertise on Google, and this site carries Google's conversion tag. Its purpose is to tell us whether a visit that arrived from one of our ads led to an enquiry. It can set cookies and pass data to Google for that measurement.

If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, that tag is configured to deny advertising and analytics storage by default.

No cookies are set and no identifiers are stored for you unless that default changes, and we will not change it without asking you first. Visitors elsewhere are covered by the tag as described above.

This site also carries LinkedIn's Insight Tag, which builds advertising audiences from site visits and tells us whether a visit that arrived from one of our LinkedIn ads led to a booked call.

It can set cookies and pass data to LinkedIn for that measurement. It does not load for visitors in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland.

There is no Google Analytics on this site.

Three third parties may set cookies when their content loads:

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.

8. Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, email legal@doomers.ai and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version.

Questions we get asked

What data does Doomers collect from its website?

Only what you provide. Booking a call passes your name, email, time zone and anything typed into the form, collected by Calendly.

Emailing us gives us your address and message. Visiting a page produces standard server logs held by the hosting provider. There is no account system and no sign-up form.

Does the Doomers site use tracking cookies?

Some. Page-view analytics run through Vercel, which is cookieless and builds no profile of you. We also advertise on Google and carry its conversion tag, which can set cookies to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry, though for visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland it is set to store nothing by default.

We also carry LinkedIn's Insight Tag for advertising audiences and conversion measurement, which does not load for visitors in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland. Calendly may set cookies on the contact page so the scheduler works, and Cloudflare sets cookies for security. There is no Google Analytics.

Does Doomers sell personal data?

No. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

How do I ask Doomers to delete my data?

Email legal@doomers.ai with 'Privacy request' in the subject line. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing, and you will not be treated differently for asking.
